Neutron and x-ray scattering studies of magnetic films and nanostructures

My research on the magnetic and structural properties of a variety of magnetic nanostructured materials such as magnetic thin films, bilayers, and multilayers, magnetic nanoparticles, magnetic clusters, magnetic dot and hole arrays are of interest for both scientific and technological reasons (e.g. magnetic recording, information processing, etc.). We also carry out some novel X-ray scattering studies of high-temperature superconductors to look at nanoscale inhomogeneities in these materials.
